11. Data Deletion Instructions

Users have the right to request deletion of data associated with their use of CHATPATI.

To stop CHATPATI from accessing your Meta or WhatsApp Business data, you may remove the application from your Meta account at any time:

  1. Log in to your Facebook account.
  2. Go to Settings & Privacy.
  3. Select Settings.
  4. Open Business Integrations.
  5. Select CHATPATI.
  6. Click Remove to revoke access.

Once access is removed, CHATPATI will no longer be able to access your Meta Business or WhatsApp Business information through Meta APIs.

Any information retained solely for the operation of CHATPATI services will be deleted or anonymized within a reasonable period, unless retention is required by applicable law or legitimate business obligations.
